MAIN FEATURES
The CCYTLB wide conveyor toaster automatically carries bread through the heating area. Its stated output of up to 600 toasts per hour supports a continuous flow during breakfast, brunch and busy service periods.
The feed opening, measuring Cm 35.4 wide and Cm 6 high, allows bread loading to be organised using compatible formats. Toasted bread is collected for buffet service, plating or filling.
The 8 power settings adjust heating intensity. Conveyor speed changes the time bread spends in the heated area: these separate adjustments allow toasting to be adapted to product thickness, moisture and texture.
The selector allows 1 or 2 heating elements to be activated according to the load and desired result. The ON/OFF switch and indicator light simplify starting the appliance and monitoring the heating stage.
The stainless steel housing suits frequent professional use. Automatic conveying reduces bread handling and helps staff organise other preparation tasks during service.
APPLICATIONS
Suitable for hotel breakfast buffets, canteens, cafés, bakeries and brunch venues. In snack bars and fast food businesses, it prepares sandwich bread, buns and toasted accompaniments compatible with the opening.
USE AND SERVICE ORGANISATION
Start the appliance using the ON/OFF switch, choose one of the 8 power settings and select 1 or 2 heating elements. Adjust conveyor speed to suit the bread and desired browning. The manufacturer recommends starting with intermediate settings and adjusting power and speed separately according to thickness, moisture and required colour.
Insert slices within the feed opening limits and collect the toasted bread at the outlet. Keep loading and collection areas accessible and organised to support a regular working sequence.
ORGANISATION AND CLEANING
After service, switch off the appliance and allow it to cool completely. Remove crumbs from accessible areas, clean stainless steel with suitable products and keep controls dry and free from residues, following the manufacturer's instructions.
