Chocolate melter

Professional chocolate melters are designed to melt and hold compatible chocolate and coatings at selected temperatures. Ideal for pastry shops, chocolatiers, gelato shops and confectionery laboratories, they support the preparation of glazes, fillings and decorations.

Commercial electric chocolate melting machines are available in different capacities, featuring stainless steel containers, heating systems and thermostats. Certain versions include removable containers, multiple tanks and independent digital controls.

When choosing a professional chocolate melting machine, consider capacity, temperature range, control accuracy and cleaning requirements. Melting chocolate is not necessarily equivalent to performing a controlled chocolate tempering cycle.
