MAIN FEATURES
The CCYTXS XS conveyor toaster organises bread toasting in a dedicated professional station. Its stainless steel housing integrates into preparation and service areas.
Adjustable conveyor speed allows the time bread spends in the heating area to be varied. The adjustable thermostat allows the heat setting to be adapted to the preparation.
A selector allows 1 or 2 heating elements to be activated according to toasting requirements. The ON/OFF switch and heating indicator light complete the appliance's controls.
The feed opening measures Cm 16 wide and Cm 7.8 high. Bread formats must be compatible with this opening and the manufacturer's operating instructions.
APPLICATIONS
A solution for organising toasted bread preparation in hotels, breakfast buffets, cafés and snack bars. Conveyor speed, thermostat and heating element settings allow operation to be adapted to the product used.
USE AND SERVICE ORGANISATION
Arrange the station with clear access to the controls and bread path. Set the thermostat, select 1 or 2 heating elements and adjust conveyor speed according to the desired result, following the manufacturer's instructions.
ORGANISATION AND CLEANING
Keep the work area clean and remove bread residues regularly. Clean the stainless steel surfaces and maintain the conveyor belt according to the manufacturer's instructions.
