How do I proceed with the purchase?
Once you have chosen the product, click on "add to cart", and then click "go to checkout"
Are there any coupon codes?
Yup! We have hundreds of products that are coupled with coupons. If a coupon code is associated with the chosen product, enter it directly at the checkout and get the discount!
What happens after placing an order?
You will receive the confirmation in PDF by e-mail with the summary of the chosen products. In confirmation, the shipping times are also indicated.
What if a product is not available or the production times are too long?
If the ordered product is not available, or the production times are too long, we offer you an alternative product with the same characteristics.
What if the proposed alternative product does not meet my needs?
In this case we will manage the refund of the amount paid


Is the transport free?
For shipments outside the Italian area the cost of transport is not excluded
Why is transport to be added on some products?
Transport on products such as cells and semi-finished products, transport is calculated separately as we have to entrust them to direct couriers that change according to the place of delivery.
What are the delivery times?
If the product is available, we will ship within two days of payment received. Normally couriers take about 7 days for delivery. In the months of August and December delivery times may vary due to the enormous amount of work they have to manage before the holidays
What if the product arrives damaged?
As a practice, we always indicate how to accept the goods. We always send our information by e-mail, confirmations and directly on the site on the "shipping" page
