MAIN FEATURES
The CCHCR40EA cart brings a crepe maker, ingredients, utensils and a heated cabinet together in a single mobile station for preparing and serving sweet and savoury crepes. The Ø 40 cm electric crepe maker is included and can be removed from the cart.
The removable tempered glass guard separates the working area while keeping preparation visible to customers. Seven porcelain containers keep fillings and toppings within reach, with a spatula and batter spreader included.
The lower cabinet offers adjustable temperature up to approximately 75 °C and a sliding shelf on runners for easier access to the compartment. The heated space sits directly below the worktop.
Four castors simplify movement between storage, dining and event areas. Two castors with brakes allow the cart to be secured before heating and during service, keeping the station in its chosen position.
APPLICATIONS
Suitable for creperies and snack bars requiring a mobile station for freshly prepared crepes. At markets and events, it supports cooking in front of customers; in hotels and buffets, it can be integrated into breakfast, brunch and reception services. In takeaway outlets, it brings cooking, filling and handover together in one working area.
USE AND SERVICE ORGANISATION
Position the cart in the service area, provide the correct power supply and keep passageways clear. Apply both brakes before heating. Arrange ingredients and utensils in the dedicated containers and keep the controls accessible. Operate the crepe maker according to the manufacturer's instructions, cook to order and complete filling at the station. Adjust the heated cabinet according to its intended use, up to approximately 75 °C.
ORGANISATION AND CLEANING
Clean the appliance only when it is disconnected from the power supply and completely cool. The removable glass guard and crepe maker provide easier access to the worktop. Clean the stainless steel housing and lower compartment; wash the containers and utensils after each service, following the manufacturer's instructions.
