MAIN FEATURES
The CSAPAS trolley brings cooking, presentation and service together in a mobile stainless steel workstation. Its integrated flat griddle allows food to be prepared near the serving area and supports live cooking in view of customers.
The Cm 51 x 60.9 cooking plate has 2 independent zones, each controlled by a thermostat adjustable from 140 to 300 °C. The 2 ON/OFF switches and separate temperature controls allow heating to be adapted to different preparations.
The removable tempered glass guard separates the cooking area from customers. The 4 included porcelain pots keep condiments and finishing ingredients within reach, while the residue container helps keep the workstation organised.
The 4 castors allow the trolley to be repositioned, while the 2 braked castors secure it during use. The mobile structure allows the cooking point to be arranged according to the available space and service requirements, with the necessary electrical connections provided.
APPLICATIONS
Suitable for burgers, meat, fish, vegetables, eggs and snacks cooked on a smooth griddle, using temperatures and procedures appropriate to each preparation.
Suitable for point-of-sale cooking at markets and fairs, dedicated stations at catered events, and brunches, buffets and themed evenings in hotels and equipped terrace areas. In food courts and street food operations, it creates a visible cooking point that can be repositioned.
USE AND SERVICE ORGANISATION
Position the trolley on a level, stable floor and engage both brakes. Arrange the electrical connections for the 2 circuits of 3000 W in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Switch on the required zones and adjust each thermostat separately. Organise condiments in the porcelain pots and keep the glass guard in its intended position when serving near customers. Maintain the required clearances around the hot plate and move the trolley only when safe to do so.
ORGANISATION AND CLEANING
Switch off and disconnect the appliance, then allow the cooking plate to cool before cleaning. Empty and wash the residue container. Remove the glass when necessary to assist cleaning and use suitable products for stainless steel, glass and porcelain, following the manufacturer's instructions and protecting electrical components.
