GENERAL FEATURES
Electric flatwork ironer with a working width of 120 cm and a 25 cm diameter roller. FOX control allows roller speed, temperature and chest pressure to be adapted to the fabric and linen condition, with parameters adjustable during operation without saving.
The extruded anodised aluminium chest provides a smooth surface, high thermal conductivity and resistance to corrosion and chemical residues on fabrics. The MCTS system distributes pressure along the chest; movement uses the PLS lifting system.
Variable speed from 1.6 to 3.6 m/min allows contact time to be adapted to fabric conditions. This version has no vapour extraction and uses steel wool inner padding with an outer cotton cover.
The ATPS system automatically moves the chest away from the linen in the event of a fault or power failure. The finger guard features FCS cooling. Two temperature sensors and heating control with two contactors complete the safety systems.
INCLUDED EQUIPMENT
FOX control, roller with steel wool inner padding and cotton cover, motorised chest with adjustable pressure, angle-adjustable wooden feeding board, freely positionable pedal, cooled finger guard and adjustable levelling feet.
PROFESSIONAL APPLICATIONS
Suitable for ironing flat linen such as sheets, pillowcases and table linen in professional laundries and in-house laundries in hotels, restaurants and other hospitality facilities. Output depends on residual moisture: 37 kg/h at 10–15% maximum and 25 kg/h at 20% maximum.
USE AND WORKSTATION ORGANISATION
The angle-adjustable wooden feeding board prevents overheating and static electricity. The side control and repositionable pedal facilitate workstation organisation. The machine can be positioned against a wall.
MAINTENANCE
Components are accessed by removing four panels using a single type of screwdriver. The chest can be detached for major servicing, and the safety thermostat reset is easily accessible. The movement system uses no gas, mechanical or pneumatic springs.
