GENERAL INFORMATION
The F3C/F4C 600 LUX moulding machine & a machine capable of forming multiple types of wrapped bread in various sizes & with the ability to cylinder the dough thanks to the upper belt locking mechanism
E equipped with a chute for the return of the pieces to \| the operator or to the tray located at the back of the machine
The machine & constructed of sheet steel of considerable strength & all moving parts are mounted on watertight bearings, the protection of the cylinders & made of 304 stainless steel & when lifted, a device intervenes to block the machine
I cylinders are ground & chrome plated to thickness, have a useful width of 600 mm & are protected by scrapers
The machine & also equipped with a quickly adjustable anti-scrap device for soft and increased dough rolling
The molding machine is equipped with 2 fixed and 2 swivel wheels for easy movement and equipped with brakes to stop the machine during processing
The F3C/F4C 600 LUX & prearranged for \| the installation of a filonatore (FIL optional), this allows to production of filoncini or to further stretch the dough, in this case there are no trays in the machine
The machine meets current machine safety regulations, as well as compliance with hygienic standards on food contact materials
