MAIN FEATURES
The CPBREC11 display provides a chilled buffet presentation without an electrical connection at the serving station. The GN 1/1 steel eutectic plate, prepared before service, offers a declared cold holding duration of up to 6 hours.
The acrylic roll-top dome keeps preparations visible and provides access during service. The black epoxy-coated steel structure and bamboo side panel complete the workstation's presentation.
The included utensil tray helps organise serving tools, which are supplied separately. The stainless steel drip tray assists with liquid collection and cleaning.
The GN 1/1 format creates a dedicated display area for chilled preparations. Operation without an electrical connection allows flexible buffet placement, while respecting environmental conditions and food storage procedures.
APPLICATIONS
Suitable for displaying dairy products, fruit, cold cuts, starters, desserts and chilled portions, using display methods and containers appropriate to the food.
In hotels and breakfast buffets, it creates a dedicated point for chilled products. At brunches, receptions and catered events, it organises presentation during service. In restaurants, brasseries, canteens and self-service areas, it complements chilled food distribution.
USE AND SERVICE ORGANISATION
Prechill the eutectic plate using the preparation time and method specified by the manufacturer. Position the display on a level, stable surface away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Install the plate and accessories, then arrange already chilled food in accordance with the establishment's procedures. Monitor temperatures during service and replenish the buffet according to the HACCP plan: the declared duration of up to 6 hours does not replace checks on food storage conditions.
ORGANISATION AND CLEANING
Clean the display between services using cleaning products compatible with acrylic, stainless steel, coated steel and bamboo. Remove detachable components in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and dry all surfaces thoroughly. Regularly check the condition of the dome, accessories and contact areas.
