MAIN FEATURES
The CVCSS100L heated display case creates a 100-litre space for presenting products and keeping them warm. Its stainless steel housing with a black epoxy finish suits counters in snack bars, bakeries and cafés.
Two acrylic front doors provide direct access to the display area from the customer side. The rear opening also allows staff access from the service side, helping organise replenishment.
Dry heating keeps the display area warm, while the water reservoir provides air humidification. Adjustable temperature from 30 to 90 °C allows holding conditions to be adapted to the products and the establishment's procedures.
The indicator light shows when heating is active. LED lighting highlights the selection and makes products easier to choose during assisted service or self-service.
APPLICATIONS
Suitable for displaying warm snacks, savoury bakery products and other preparations compatible with the appliance's holding conditions. In snack bars, it creates a visible point near the ordering or collection area; in bakeries, it adds a dedicated space for the warm selection. In cafés and takeaway outlets, it presents products with direct front access.
USE AND SERVICE ORGANISATION
Install the display case on a stable support suitable for the appliance's size and weight, keeping the front, rear and controls accessible. Arrange products inside and select a temperature between 30 and 90 °C according to the preparations and the establishment's procedures. Use the humidification reservoir following the manufacturer's instructions. Organise replenishment from the service side and front access according to the sales format.
ORGANISATION AND CLEANING
Keep the display tidy and check available quantities regularly. Clean the compartment, acrylic doors and housing with products suitable for the respective materials and painted finish. Clean the water reservoir according to the manufacturer's instructions. Perform cleaning only when the appliance is disconnected from the power supply and completely cool.
