MAIN FEATURES
The CVC76L heated display case combines presentation, hot holding and product organisation in a 76-litre countertop appliance. Its Cm 34.5 width allows a warm display point to be considered for counters with limited space, subject to the required installation clearances.
Three height-adjustable wire shelves allow the interior layout to be adapted to the displayed products. Different shelf depths help make use of the vertical space and separate product categories for easier identification and retrieval.
The adjustable thermostat from 30 to 90 °C allows holding conditions to be selected according to the preparations and the establishment's procedures. The water tray provides air humidification inside the display case.
Front and rear access simplify loading and service according to the unit's position on the counter. LED lighting and glazed surfaces highlight the selection, while the ON/OFF switch controls operation.
APPLICATIONS
Suitable for savoury bakery products, snacks and other preparations compatible with the appliance's hot holding conditions. In bakeries and sandwich shops, it creates a display near the till or service counter. In snack bars and quick-service restaurants, it organises products ready for handover; in cafés, hotels and buffets, it provides a warm presentation across several levels.
USE AND SERVICE ORGANISATION
Install the display case on a stable surface suitable for the appliance's size and weight, leaving room for access and cleaning. Adjust shelf heights to suit the products and group preparations by type, format or sales frequency. Switch on the display case and set the thermostat between 30 and 90 °C according to service requirements. Use the humidification tray following the manufacturer's instructions and organise loading and retrieval through the front and rear openings.
ORGANISATION AND CLEANING
Keep the display levels tidy and check available quantities regularly. Clean the wire shelves, glazed surfaces, compartment and stainless steel housing according to the manufacturer's instructions. Include the water tray in routine maintenance. Clean only when the appliance is disconnected from the power supply and completely cool.
