MAIN FEATURES
The CVR129L refrigerated display case creates a dedicated space for chilled products on the counter or in the sales area. Its vertically arranged 129-litre capacity allows the assortment to be organised across several levels, keeping products visible and separate.
Double tempered glazing and LED lighting enhance presentation and make the selection easy to view. The glazed surfaces allow staff to check displayed quantities and identify products that need replenishing.
Sliding doors provide access without the opening clearance required by hinged doors. Wire shelves help separate product categories and formats, keeping loading and replenishment organised during service.
The electronic thermostat with digital display allows the temperature to be read and adjusted between 2 and 12 °C. The display case uses R290 refrigerant and discharges condensate through an external air duct.
APPLICATIONS
Suitable for displaying desserts, cakes, drinks, sandwiches, salads and chilled preparations compatible with the appliance's temperature range. In bakeries and pastry shops, it highlights the fresh selection; in cafés and quick-service restaurants, it organises ready-to-purchase products near the till. In hotels and buffets, it creates a dedicated point for chilled breakfast and foodservice products.
USE AND SERVICE ORGANISATION
Position the display case to give customers a direct view of the products while leaving staff convenient access to the sliding doors. Follow the manufacturer's installation clearances and keep the external duct unobstructed. Arrange the assortment across the shelves and set the temperature to suit the displayed products. Check the display and replenish products during service while keeping the presentation tidy.
ORGANISATION AND CLEANING
Arrange products across several levels to limit overlapping and make stock checks easier. Regularly clean the glazing, shelves, doors and internal surfaces according to the manufacturer's instructions. Disconnect the appliance from the power supply before cleaning and protect electrical components from contact with water.
