MAIN FEATURES
The V-DEF3P30R approved floor scale is a weight-only scale with a maximum capacity of 30 kg and a 10 g division. It is designed for weighing operations in production, packaging, warehousing and inventory areas.
The Cm 35.5 x 30.5 platform is made from AISI 304 stainless steel, providing a corrosion-resistant surface that is easy to clean. The painted carbon steel frame supports the weighing platform.
The aluminium load cell features IP65 protection. Adjustable non-slip rubber feet and an externally visible spirit level simplify levelling. The IP65 rating applies to the load cell.
The indicator features a raised 4-button membrane keypad and a backlit LCD display with 25 mm high characters. The internal rechargeable battery provides approximately 100 hours of operation, while the standard RS232 serial port allows connection to a PC or compatible systems for weighing data management.
APPLICATIONS
Suitable for weighing products, packages and containers in industrial and commercial businesses, packaging areas and warehouses. Loads must be compatible with the platform surface and the maximum capacity of 30 kg. Multiple mounting options allow the configuration to be adapted to the workstation.
USE AND WORKFLOW ORGANISATION
Place the scale on a stable surface and adjust the feet while checking the spirit level. Check the battery charge and, before weighing, ensure that the platform is clear and the display reads zero, following the manufacturer's instructions. Place the load gently and securely on the platform without exceeding the maximum capacity of 30 kg. Wait for the reading to stabilise before recording the weight. Follow the manufacturer's configuration instructions when using the RS232 connection.
ORGANISATION AND CLEANING
Switch off the instrument and disconnect any electrical connections before cleaning. Clean the AISI 304 stainless steel platform, frame and indicator using products and methods compatible with their materials, following the manufacturer's instructions. Avoid immersion and direct water jets on the indicator and connections. Keep the area around the platform clear and check the levelling periodically.
