MAIN FEATURES
The V-DEFENDER3P300L industrial floor scale is a weight-only scale with a maximum capacity of 300 kg and a 50 g division. It allows a dedicated weighing station to be set up for products, packages and materials compatible with the platform and its rated capacity.
The Cm 65 x 50 stainless steel platform provides a corrosion-resistant surface that is easy to clean. The painted carbon steel frame supports the platform and completes the scale's structure.
The aluminium load cell features IP67 protection. Adjustable non-slip rubber feet and an externally visible spirit level simplify positioning and levelling. The IP67 rating applies to the load cell.
The ABS indicator incorporates a backlit LCD display with 25 mm high characters for easy weight reading. The included AC adapter and internal rechargeable battery allow mains-powered or battery-powered operation.
APPLICATIONS
Suitable for weighing operations in warehouses, commercial businesses, laboratories and industrial departments. The Cm 65 x 50 platform accommodates products, packages and containers compatible with the available surface and the maximum capacity of 300 kg.
USE AND WORKFLOW ORGANISATION
Place the scale on a stable surface and adjust the feet while checking the spirit level. Power the instrument using the included adapter or the charged internal battery. Before weighing, check that the platform is clear and the display reads zero, following the manufacturer's instructions. Place the load gently and securely on the platform without exceeding the maximum capacity of 300 kg. Wait for the reading to stabilise before recording the weight.
ORGANISATION AND CLEANING
Switch off the instrument and disconnect the adapter before cleaning. Clean the stainless steel platform, frame and indicator using products and methods compatible with their materials, following the manufacturer's instructions. Avoid immersion and direct water jets on the indicator and electrical connections. Keep the area around the platform clear and check the levelling periodically.
