GENERAL FEATURES
AISI 304 stainless steel tank 18/10 thickness 1.2 mm completely rounded and printed in one piece
The top is printed and equipped with a large rounded enclosure to have a large oil expansion area in order to avoid any overflow during cooking and handling of the baskets
The oil drain faucet is made of chromed brass and the discharge itself takes place in a stainless steel basin complete with AISI 304 stainless steel filter
The heating is done through high-performance stainless steel armoured resistors, fixed with a special device that allows rotation, for easier cleaning of the tank
The temperature of the cooking oil is controlled by a high-precision electric thermostat that controls an electrical contactor that provides power to the heating groups.
The maximum working temperature is set at 190° C, and a safety thermostat interrupts the power circuit in case of anomalies that brought the oil temperature to exceed 230° C
The bulbs of the working and safety thermostats housed in a protected way within the resistors
On the dashboard are housed 2 light spies:n.1 orange color (on/off machine) and n.1 white color (voltage resistances) which indicate the presence of tension and voltage of heating groups respectively
