MAIN FEATURES
The CGRCAD1RB fry top combines a Cm 65 x 48 lower surface with a single Cm 28 x 40 cooking lid. The configuration provides a contact cooking area within a larger lower cooking surface.
Digital control includes preset programmes and remote start. An audible signal announces the approaching programme end, and the lid opens automatically when the cycle finishes.
The self-levelling lid automatically adjusts from 1 to 20 mm to suit the intended portion thickness. A temperature range from 50 to 300 °C, 10 mm textured chrome, an AISI 304 body and a grease tray complete the appliance.
APPLICATIONS
Suitable for burger restaurants, fast food outlets, snack bars and restaurants seeking repeatable preparation routines. Designed for burgers, meats and products compatible with contact cooking and the lid adjustment range.
USE AND SERVICE ORGANISATION
Provide a connection suitable for 3 x 3000 W at 230 V, leaving lid movement and tray access clear. Preheat and set programmes matching portion weight and thickness. Maintain consistent parameters throughout each run and use remote start and automatic opening according to the manual.
ORGANISATION AND CLEANING
Allow cooling before removing residue. Empty and clean the tray regularly, clean cooking surfaces using methods compatible with textured chrome and clean the stainless steel body according to the manual. Check the movement area before restarting.
