MAIN FEATURES
The CRLCT milk fridge with cup warmer combines two complementary coffee station functions: a 15 L refrigerated compartment and a dedicated cup warming area at 60 °C.
The digital thermostat allows the refrigerated compartment temperature to be adjusted from 2 to 8 °C and read on the display. Milk stays close to the preparation area while cups can be preheated before hot drinks are served.
LED lighting and tempered glass improve interior visibility. The stainless steel construction and vertical format suit installation beside a coffee machine, bringing milk and cups together at one point.
Combining both functions in one appliance reduces movement during service and helps keep the barista area organised. The refrigeration circuit uses R600a, and the appliance has climate class 4.
APPLICATIONS
Suitable for organising the preparation of cappuccinos, latte macchiatos and other milk-based drinks, keeping chilled milk and warm cups close to the coffee machine.
Suitable for bars, coffee shops, breakfast buffets and hotels using automatic or traditional coffee machines. In restaurants, brasseries, bakeries and cafés, it brings beverage service equipment together in a compact station.
USE AND SERVICE ORGANISATION
Position the appliance near the coffee machine, keeping the ventilation and access clearances specified by the manufacturer unobstructed. Set the refrigerated compartment between 2 and 8 °C according to the milk's storage instructions and the establishment's procedures. Place cups in the warming area and organise milk loading to keep the workstation accessible during service.
ORGANISATION AND CLEANING
Switch off and disconnect the appliance before cleaning and allow the cup warming area to cool. Clean stainless steel with suitable products and clean the tempered glass regularly. Keep the refrigerated compartment clean and dry and follow the manufacturer's instructions for maintenance and the R600a refrigeration circuit.
