GENERAL FEATURES
High-density, crystal-clear, pure ice cubes. Ideal for prolonged cooling of any beverage (without diluting it) in any usage situation.
LThe horizontal evaporator consists of small, downward-facing, truncated-cone-shaped copper bowls. A pump delivers pressurized water, which is sprayed onto the evaporator through nozzles. Ice forms inside the bowls and is released by briefly heating them
