MAIN FEATURES
The CPAST520 combines an upper solid steel griddle with a toaster integrated into the lower compartment. Ingredients can be cooked while bread and buns are toasted, allowing several stages of the same recipe to be coordinated at a single countertop station.
The cooking surface measuring Cm 51.5 x 34 is suitable for snack preparations such as burgers, meat, vegetables and sandwich fillings. The griddle thermostat, adjustable from 140 to 300 °C, allows the heat to be adapted to the food and working pace.
The 1100 W toaster offers 8 temperature settings to adjust toasting. The 2500 W griddle and toaster provide a combined power of 3600 W.
The ON/OFF button and two heating indicator lights simplify start-up and monitoring. Two safety thermostats complement the control system. The grease collection tray gathers grease and cooking residues, helping keep the station tidy.
The stainless steel housing and combined cooking and toasting functions save counter space and reduce movement between separate appliances. Controls, indicator lights and settings grouped in the same area help organise work and speed up assembly during busy service periods.

USE AND ORGANISATION
Install the appliance on a stable surface suitable for its size, provide the specified 3600 W / 230 V electrical connection and keep the controls and grease tray accessible. Set the griddle between 140 and 300 °C according to the preparation and allow it to reach temperature. Cook or heat ingredients while distributing the load evenly. Place bread in the toaster and select the appropriate temperature setting. Bring bread and fillings together at the same station to assemble and serve.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Allow the appliance to cool before cleaning. Clean the steel cooking plate according to the instruction manual. Empty and clean the grease collection tray regularly and clean the stainless steel surfaces to keep the station ready for use.
