MAIN FEATURES
The CDJ8 dispenser is designed to present and serve juices and cold drinks at professional buffets. Its single 8 L ABS container creates a dedicated beverage station that guests can easily identify.
Cooling is provided by ice placed in the dedicated stainless steel container, helping keep the drink cool during service. The system fits into routine buffet preparation.
The anti-drip tap helps reduce drips during dispensing and keeps the serving point tidy. The drink remains visible, allowing staff to check the remaining level quickly and organise replenishment.
The 8 L capacity suits breakfast, brunch and reception service. The upright design highlights the drink and creates a dedicated point for assisted service or self-service.
APPLICATIONS
Suitable for fruit juices, flavoured waters and other cold drinks compatible with the manufacturer's instructions. Ideal for hotel breakfast rooms, restaurant buffets and brunch service.

USE AND SERVICE ORGANISATION
Place the dispenser on a flat, stable and easily accessible surface. Pour the prepared drink into the container without exceeding its 8 L capacity. Add ice to the dedicated stainless steel container and prepare a sufficient supply before opening the buffet. Clearly identify the drink and use the anti-drip tap to fill glasses, cups or small jugs. Check the drink and ice levels regularly during service.
ORGANISATION AND CLEANING
Empty the dispenser after service according to the establishment's procedures. Clean beverage-contact parts before the next use, following the manufacturer's instructions for disassembly, cleaning and reassembly. Wipe up any drips and keep the buffet counter clean, leaving the dispensing and replenishment areas accessible.
