MAIN FEATURES
The CDJ82 double dispenser presents and serves two cold drinks at the same station. Its separate 8 L containers allow different flavours to be offered while keeping the contents apart.
Cooling is provided by ice placed in the dedicated stainless steel container, helping keep drinks cool during service. The system fits into routine buffet preparation.
The anti-drip taps help reduce drips during dispensing and keep the serving area tidy. The drinks remain visible, allowing staff to check the remaining level quickly and organise replenishment.
The total 16 L capacity suits breakfast, brunch and reception service. The upright format highlights the drinks and creates a dedicated point for assisted service or self-service.
APPLICATIONS
Suitable for fruit juices, flavoured waters and other cold drinks compatible with the manufacturer's instructions. The two containers allow two options to be offered simultaneously within the beverage service area.
Suitable for hotel breakfast rooms, restaurant buffets, brunch service and catering operations. It can also be used at seminars, receptions and events, or in canteens and institutional catering facilities requiring an organised beverage station.
USE AND SERVICE ORGANISATION
Place the dispenser on a flat, stable and easily accessible surface. Fill the containers with the prepared drinks without exceeding 8 L per container. Add ice to the dedicated stainless steel container and prepare a sufficient supply before opening the buffet. Clearly identify the drinks and use the anti-drip taps to fill glasses, cups or small jugs. Check drink and ice levels regularly during service.
ORGANISATION AND CLEANING
Empty the dispenser after service according to the establishment's procedures. Clean beverage-contact parts before the next use, following the manufacturer's instructions for disassembly, cleaning and reassembly. Wipe up any drips and keep the buffet counter clean, leaving the dispensing and replenishment areas accessible.
