The particular shape of the ice cube in the shape of a nut allows an excellent contact with the drink making this type of ice the ideal cube for high performance applications in the cooling of drinks.
These cubes of ice cut into cubes are frozen in a vertical evaporator.
Ice can be done quickly and is therefore ideal for stores that need high volumes of ice such as fast food restaurants.

The nut-shaped cubes are available in two sizes to meet your specific needs
Lwater is sprayed on the surface of the vertical evaporator grid plate so that each cube forms in a grid cell.
This is the most convenient system for costs when the cube volume becomes a fundamental issue
The machine is compact and requires less space than a machine with a horizontal evaporator
