MAIN FEATURES
The CLVAP self-contained hand wash station provides a handwashing point where fixed plumbing is unavailable. One 15 L tank holds clean water, while a second tank of the same capacity collects used water.
The foot-operated pump dispenses 50 ml per press and allows water delivery to be controlled without using the hands, reducing contact with the operating mechanism during washing.
The 0.8 mm thick AISI 304 stainless steel structure incorporates a basin with a diameter of 35.7 cm and a depth of 21 cm. The stainless steel surfaces are suitable for routine cleaning in professional environments.
The 2 wheels assist movement between working areas. Its self-contained configuration allows a temporary station or an auxiliary handwashing point to be arranged according to the available space.
APPLICATIONS
Suitable for stalls, markets, fairs and events requiring a dedicated handwashing point. In food trucks and mobile kitchens, it complements hygiene arrangements in preparation areas.
Also suitable for construction sites and locations without fixed plumbing, as well as workshops and preparation areas requiring an auxiliary station that can be repositioned.
USE AND SERVICE ORGANISATION
Position the station on a stable surface and check its stability before use. Fill the clean water tank with water suitable for handwashing and position the second tank to collect wastewater, following the manufacturer's instructions. Press the pedal to dispense 50 ml per stroke. Regularly check the clean water supply and wastewater level, organising refilling and emptying according to usage.
ORGANISATION AND CLEANING
Clean the basin after each period of use. Empty and rinse both tanks regularly, keeping the clean water and wastewater tanks separate. Use products suitable for AISI 304 stainless steel and follow the manufacturer's instructions for cleaning the pump and connections.
