GENERAL FEATURES
Refrigerated ingredient display with an entirely stainless steel body and straight tempered glass, designed to accommodate 8 GN 1/3 pans with a maximum height of 15 cm.
Static refrigeration maintains an operating temperature between +3 and +5°C. The front electronic control panel with NTC probe provides temperature control.
The refrigeration unit is built-in on the right. Defrosting takes place during the off cycle.
The countertop configuration and four adjustable feet facilitate positioning on the workstation. The built-in unit allows easy and immediate installation.
INCLUDED EQUIPMENT
Stainless steel refrigerated ingredient display with refrigeration unit built-in on the right and front electronic control panel.
Straight tempered glass.
4 feet with height adjustment up to 2 cm.
Standard cardboard packaging.
PROFESSIONAL APPLICATIONS
Suitable for pizzerias, restaurants and delicatessens requiring organised refrigerated ingredients during preparation and topping operations.
Suitable for holding pizza ingredients and other foods compatible with the operating temperature of +3/+5°C.
WORKSTATION USE AND ORGANISATION
The ingredient compartment accommodates 8 GN 1/3 pans with a maximum height of 15 cm. Pans and matching lids are purchased separately.
The display can be placed directly on a work surface or used with an optional stainless steel support feet kit.
