Refrigerated tables without group

Professional refrigerated counters for remote refrigeration systems combine a stainless steel worktop with temperature-controlled storage compartments designed for connection to a separately installed refrigeration unit. Ideal for restaurants, hotels, pizzerias, pastry shops, delicatessens, canteens, catering businesses and commercial kitchens, they provide convenient storage for ingredients, raw materials and food preparations close to working stations. Remote refrigeration allows part of the cooling system to be located away from the counter, depending on the installation design.

Commercial refrigerated worktables prepared for remote condensing units are available in different sizes and configurations, featuring multiple doors, refrigerated drawers, stainless steel worktops, rear upstands, Gastronorm supports and electronic temperature controls, depending on the model. Versions may be designed for positive or negative temperature storage. Certain models include fan-assisted evaporators, automatic defrosting, condensate drains and refrigerant connection provisions. The remote condensing unit may not be included and must be checked separately.

When choosing a remote refrigerated counter for a commercial kitchen, consider operating temperature, usable capacity, number of doors or drawers, dimensions, climate class and compatibility with the remote refrigeration unit. Required cooling capacity, piping distance, refrigerant connections, condensate drainage and installation conditions must also be evaluated. Removing the compressor from the worktable can help reduce heat and noise directly in the kitchen, although actual performance depends on the entire system design. Installation must be completed by appropriately qualified personnel.
