GENERAL FEATURES
Professional three-door saladette with a stainless steel worktop and rear splashback. It combines a preparation surface with refrigerated storage underneath in a single workstation.
Fan-assisted refrigeration maintains an operating temperature between +4 and +6°C, regulated through the front electronic control panel and NTC probe.
The stainless steel interior and exterior, excluding the motor compartment, feature rounded internal corners. The insulation consists of high-pressure injected CFC-free polyurethane.
The doors are self-closing with magnetic seals. The cataphoresis-treated evaporator provides corrosion protection.
Automatic defrost and condensate evaporation. The built-in refrigeration unit and openable motor compartment facilitate installation and routine servicing.
INCLUDED EQUIPMENT
Three-door saladette with built-in refrigeration unit, 4 cm thick stainless steel top and 10 cm high stainless steel splashback.
3 plastic-coated GN 1/1 wire shelves and 3 pairs of stainless steel L-shaped runners: one shelf and one pair of runners per door.
4 plastic feet, height adjustable from 8 to 10 cm.
Standard pallet and cardboard packaging.
