The SF 600 is the most complete of the professional dough sheeters. Especially suitable for bakeries and pastry shops.
Variable speed conveyor belts to avoid wrinkles in the sheet of dough
Cast aluminum shoulders to ensure maximum vibration absorption and thus reduce noise levels
Ability to process any type of dough, down to very thin thicknesses
Hard chrome plated, ground and polished rolling cylinders
I shelters are of the accident-prevention type and are connected to the electrical system by limit switches
Raisable tops, to contain overall dimensions when the machine is at rest
Machine mounted on wheels, for easy movement
Rolling cylinder length 600mm
Motorized and liftable platens to reduce footprint when not in operation
Available with 710, 950, 1200, 1300, 1400, 1500mm platens
