A gas-fired flame heats the lava stone placed beneath the grill; this stone then releases heat to the food slowly and steadily, allowing for perfect and even cooking of the food placed on the grill itself.
The lava stone grill features a larger-than-average cooking surface, a height-adjustable grill, and a double combustion chamber to minimize heat loss.
