GENERAL FEATURES
Ideal for all types of fry, from chips to mixed fried fish, from ascolan olives to oranges, etc.
Stainless steel construction with printed tanks
Handy and with very small dimensions, it allows high cooking loads thanks to its very high thermal yield.
The reduced amount of oil needed and the special immersion resistance ensure fast and uniform cooking
It reaches the maximum temperature in only 10 minutes and at maximum load has a return in temperature in just 2 minutes
Equipped with a lid and a basket for each tub
Each tank is equipped with a manual safety thermostat, a position switch for the control panel
Removable resistance and printed tanks allow, together with stainless steel hygiene, to keep the fryer clean in a very simple way. The front valve facilitates emptying of the tanks.
