GENERAL FEATURES
AISI 304 stainless steel tank 1.5 mm thick completely rounded and printed in a single piece, with cold area where the cooking residues are collected which are easily evacuated through the drain. The top is printed and equipped with a large rounded infusion to have a large oil expansion area in order to avoid any overflow during cooking and handling of the baskets.
The oil drain faucet is made of chromed brass and the discharge itself takes place in a stainless steel basin complete with a stainless filter. The heating is done through high-performance stainless steel armoured resistors, fixed with a special device that allows rotation, for easier cleaning of the tank.
The temperature of the cooking oil is controlled by a high-precision electric thermostat that controls an electric switch that gives power to the heating groups. The maximum working temperature is calibrated at 190°C, and a safety thermostat stops the power circuit in case of anomalies that brought the oil temperature to exceed 230°C. The working and safety thermostat bulbs are securely positioned inside the resistors.
On the dashboard are housed 2 light spies: n.1 orange (on/off machine) and n.1 green color (voltage resistances) that indicate the presence of tension and the voltage of the heating groups respectively.
