MAIN FEATURES
The CCAP1 countertop electric pasta cooker combines heating, basket immersion and draining in a single professional station. The 8 L tank and four 1 L baskets help organise successive portions throughout service, keeping preparations separate and orders easy to identify.
Individually adjustable cooking times for each basket and an audible signal help monitor several portions simultaneously and coordinate cooking with plating. Temperature adjustment from 30 to 120 °C allows the setting to be adapted to the preparation requirements.
The R 1/2" water connection and push-button filling simplify water supply directly at the workstation. The integrated steam recovery tray collects condensate and helps keep the work area tidy.
The 18/10 stainless steel housing is suitable for professional use and facilitates regular cleaning. Accessible front controls and feet adjustable by 15 mm simplify workstation organisation. The countertop format brings cooking operations together in a dedicated area, reducing unnecessary movement and supporting a steady service rhythm.
APPLICATIONS
Suitable for restaurants and brasseries cooking to order and coordinating portions with plating. Also suitable for snack bars and fast food outlets with repeated production, catering and institutional kitchens preparing successive portions, and hotels and buffets according to the dishes planned for service.
USE AND ORGANISATION
Position the appliance on a stable, clear surface and provide the electrical supply and water connection specified in the manual. Keep the controls accessible and prepare the baskets before service. Fill the tank to the appropriate level, start heating and adjust the temperature to suit the food and quantity being processed. Divide portions between the baskets, set their individual cooking times and monitor cooking with the aid of the audible signal. Lift the baskets, allow them to drain and proceed to serving or plating.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Disconnect the power supply and allow the appliance to cool before cleaning. Empty the tank according to the manufacturer's instructions. Clean surfaces, baskets and the steam recovery tray after each service. Avoid abrasive products on stainless steel parts.
