Electric Hotplates

Professional electric panini grills are designed for toasting and heating sandwiches, panini, focaccia and other suitable foods. Ideal for bars, sandwich shops, snack bars, cafés, hotels, kiosks and fast-food establishments, they provide a practical solution for preparing hot snacks even in limited workspaces.

Commercial electric sandwich grills are available in different sizes, with smooth, ribbed or combination cooking plates depending on the model. Single and double versions may feature adjustable thermostats, floating upper plates and cooking residue collection systems. Electric heating allows operators to regulate the cooking surface temperature according to the food being prepared.

When choosing a professional electric panini press, consider cooking surface dimensions, electrical power, production capacity, heat-up time and ease of cleaning. Available counter space and expected frequency of use should also be evaluated to select equipment suitable for the number of sandwiches prepared during service.
