MAIN FEATURES
The CPSN tray clearing station combines tray support and waste collection in a single unit. Its 110-litre capacity helps organise the clearing point in busy dining areas and limits the frequency of bag changes compared with smaller containers.
The upper shelf with a raised edge provides temporary support while clearing trays. The black epoxy finish suits dining areas in snack bars, cafés, canteens and food courts.
The magnetic door provides access to the internal compartment, while an elastic band holds the waste bag in position. The removable magnetic trolley on four castors simplifies bag replacement and access for cleaning.
APPLICATIONS
In fast food outlets and snack bars, it creates a dedicated tray clearing point near the exit or tray return area. In cafés, canteens and self-service restaurants, it helps organise collection after dining. In food courts, it brings tray support and waste disposal together in an identifiable station.
USE AND SERVICE ORGANISATION
Position the station along the natural exit route or near the tray return point, leaving enough space to open the door and remove the trolley. Fit a suitable waste bag and secure it with the elastic band. Use the upper shelf while clearing trays and check that the magnetic door closes properly. Pull out the wheeled trolley to replace the bag.
ORGANISATION AND CLEANING
Regularly clean the tray shelf, door and contact surfaces using products suitable for the painted finish. Removing the trolley provides easier access to the internal compartment. Keep the castors clean and check the bag's fill level before peak periods.
