GENERAL FEATURES
Fast Chiller works with a special refrigerant liquid, contained in an insulated tank, which is maintained, through a suitable thermodynamic thermostat system, at a temperature ranging from -30 °C to -40 °C (depending on models and factory settings). The bottles are introduced, through special holes existing on the lid that closes the tank, inside flexible, protective thermal sheaths attached to the lid and immersed in the liquid: by conduction, the cold of the liquid is quickly transmitted to the bottles, without wetting them.The operation is as continuous as that of any domestic or professional refrigerator, but has very low energy consumption when not used for cooling bottles (stend-by). When first put into operation, it takes about three hours before being able to benefit from the rapid cooling capacity, while full operation is achieved after about six hours. The liquid is neither toxic nor flammable.
It only takes a few minutes to bring bottles of wine, champagne, beer or mineral water to the desired temperature
