MAIN FEATURES
The CBC25 professional blender is designed to blend drinks and liquid preparations while limiting noise at the workstation. Its removable BPA-free polycarbonate sound enclosure is particularly useful on bar counters and in preparation areas close to customers.
The 2.5 L Tritan jug is paired with a six-wing titanium-coated blade. A maximum speed of 28,000 rpm allows drinks and preparations to be processed to the consistency required by the recipe.
Manual rotary control allows the speed to be adjusted during blending. The Pulse button provides short bursts of operation, while the ON/OFF switch controls starting and stopping.
The soft-touch ABS base and non-slip feet complete the countertop configuration. A safety interlock forms part of the appliance's safety equipment.
APPLICATIONS
Suitable for smoothies, milkshakes, blended drinks, cocktails and cold fruit and liquid preparations, according to recipes and the manufacturer's operating instructions.
In bars and cocktail bars, it supports beverage preparation; in coffee shops and ice cream parlours, it expands the range of milkshakes and speciality drinks. In hotels, restaurants and juice bars, it fits into stations dedicated to breakfast, freshly prepared drinks and takeaway service.
USE AND SERVICE ORGANISATION
Place the blender on a level, stable surface, leaving sufficient space to open the enclosure and ventilate the base. Load the ingredients into the jug, observing its 2.5 L capacity and the manufacturer's instructions. Fit the lid, close the enclosure and check the safety interlock before starting. Select the speed using the rotary control or use Pulse for short bursts. Stop the appliance before opening the enclosure and removing the jug.
ORGANISATION AND CLEANING
Disconnect the appliance before maintenance and cleaning. Remove the jug and detachable enclosure according to the manufacturer's instructions, and clean the blade carefully. Clean the ABS base without immersing it in water. Keep the work area clear and organised to facilitate loading, blending and serving drinks.
