GENERAL FEATURES
Professional saladette with 2 GN 1/1 refrigerated doors and a 3 cm thick granite worktop. The refrigeration unit is built into the structure.
The granite worktop provides a surface for preparing salads, side dishes, starters, cold dishes and pizza, with refrigerated compartments below for organising food.
The interior and exterior are made of stainless steel, except for the motor compartment. Rounded internal corners facilitate cleaning of the refrigerated compartments.
Fan-assisted refrigeration operates within the +4°C/+6°C range. The front electronic control panel with NTC probe allows temperature control.
The doors are self-closing and fitted with magnetic gaskets. Each door includes one plastic-coated GN 1/1 wire shelf and one pair of stainless steel L-shaped runners.
The high-pressure injected CFC-free polyurethane insulation is 4 cm thick. The evaporator features anti-corrosion cataphoresis treatment.
Defrosting and condensate evaporation are fully automatic. The openable motor compartment facilitates routine cleaning and maintenance.
INCLUDED EQUIPMENT
Saladette with 2 GN 1/1 refrigerated doors, built-in refrigeration unit and 3 cm thick granite worktop.
2 plastic-coated GN 1/1 wire shelves and 2 pairs of stainless steel L-shaped runners, one shelf and one pair of runners per door.
4 height-adjustable plastic feet.
Standard packaging with pallet and cardboard.
PROFESSIONAL APPLICATIONS
Suitable for preparing and serving salads, side dishes, starters and cold dishes. The granite worktop can also be used for pizza preparation.
Suitable for restaurants, pizzerias, canteens, dining room service, food distribution areas, supermarkets and self-service areas. Applications include deli products, cold cuts, dairy products, snacks and pizza ingredients compatible with the operating temperature.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Rounded internal corners facilitate compartment cleaning. The openable motor compartment provides easier access for routine cleaning and maintenance.
EXCLUDED ACCESSORIES AND OPTIONS ON REQUEST
Additional plastic-coated GN 1/1 wire shelves and pairs of stainless steel L-shaped runners are available separately.
A kit of 4 swivel castors and sets of 2 stainless steel drawers for installation on the right or left are available as optional accessories.
R290 refrigerant version and 60 Hz power supply available on request.
